ThaiClinicHub provides an online platform for clinics to create listings and for users to discover and connect with healthcare providers. We offer both free and paid subscription tiers with varying features.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Listing Guidelines

When creating listings, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about your clinic
• Not post misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive content
• Not infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Not post content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Keep your listing information up to date

5. Reviews and Content

Users may submit reviews and other content. By submitting content, you:

• Grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content
• Confirm that your content is original and does not violate any third-party rights
• Understand that we may moderate or remove content at our discretion

6. Payments and Subscriptions

For paid subscriptions:

• Payments are processed securely through authorized payment gateways (Opn Payments, 2C2P, Xendit)
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Scrape or collect data without permission
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Send spam or unsolicited communications

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by ThaiClinicHub and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Clinic information on the platform is for reference only and does not constitute medical advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThaiClinicHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also terminate your account at any time.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Thai courts.
